从事法律工作或证明自己在哥伦比亚特区有执业执照(根据哥伦比亚特区上诉法院规则第49条的定义), you must be enrolled as an active member of the District of Columbia 酒吧. 参见规则II，第4节 和 Bylaw Article III, Section 3.02.
